It doesn’t matter whether your Web site resides on our servers, a server at your facility, or a server collocated at any other location — we can handle it. We are comfortable working with smaller sites and very large sites. Many of our clients have Web sites with thousands of files.

You may determine whether you want our staff to post exactly as presented, or to edit for content, spelling, etc. We assume, unless you instruct us otherwise, that new content on the site will faithfully conform to the Web site’s style guide, rather than to any formatting that may exist on the native, print-version of a document.

Sensitive items are handled within two hours; otherwise we ask for a twenty-four hour window to perform standard updates. Certain project-level tasks may take longer. We will stay late to meet your deadlines. Weekends and holidays are no problem either. Occasionally you will have a need for IMMEDIATE assistance. We understand, and we can usually accommodate emergencies right away.

We often develop templates to make the production of new pages on your site fast and accurate. We can configure tools to automate certain publishing processes if that makes sense for you.

In addition to normal web page publishing we can look after periodic maintenance tasks such as link verification, dead page removal, archival, etc.

Our rates vary based upon the activity and whether you select a prepaid program. Our people, once they become familiar with your site, are very productive. For example, a press release posting would likely take no more than one-quarter hour to perform. Our service contracts are month-to-month, with no long-term commitment required.
