Nancy Hillstrom serves as Infolane's human resources manager and bookkeeper. She works with clients on matters regarding billing, contracts and insurance.

In her "spare" time, Nancy is occuppied with raising the Hillstrom's three younger children, Ryan, 18, Chad, 17 and Megan, 16. Nancy's and David's eldest son, Michael, was married in 2006 and lives with his wife, Melody, in Elk Grove California.
