2007-2008 Winter Season 10% tax must be added to all rates

Regular season

• 2 nights - $360 per night
• 3 nights - $335 per night
• 4 nights or more - $310 per night
• 7 nights (one week) - $1850
• Mid-week, 3 or more nights - $300 per night

Holiday season

• Christmas week (Dec 19-26) - $400 per night
• New Year's week (Dec 26-Jan 2) - $3150 for seven nights
• January 18-21 - $410 per night
• February 15-24 - $410 per night
• Thanksgiving - $250 per night

Summer 2008 Season

• 2 nights - $235 per night
• 3 nights - $210 per night
• 4 nights or more - $185 per night
• 7 nights (one week) - $1200

Spring and Fall 2008 Season

• April 1 to close of Northstar ski season - $200 per night
• Close of Northstar ski season to June; September to start of Northstar ski season - $175 per night

Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax of 10% must be added to all rentals

Security Deposit is $300

Arrival/Departure Times

• Arrival after 4 p.m.
• Departure by 11 a.m.

Number of Days’ Requirements when making reservations:

• 4 days minimum stay for reservations made 120 days in advance
• 3 days minimum stay for reservations made 45 – 120 days in advance
• 2 days minimum stay for reservations made <45 days in advance
